Derby Dance & Music Arts Our mission is to provide quality instruction and performance opportunities in dance & music whereby we connect community and the arts. At Derby Dance & Music Arts, we motivate dancers and musicians of all ages and abilities to work with joy! All training is based on the careful progression of knowledge and exercises. The student must first mentally understand the information and then express this new knowledge physically. Each dancer and musician is unique and learns in a different way and at a varied pace
